Designed for young dairy farm employees (20 – 30 yo) excited about working in the industry and eager to learn more, the program runs over three days to showcase all the industry has to offer
For farm owners and operators it is an opportunity to invest in the development of crucial staff to ensure their ongoing commitment to your business as well as the industry.
Entering its 6th year in 2026, the program has so far supported 106 participants from every state in Australia, from farms supplying 22 different processors. The program is open to staff and employees of ALL Australian dairy farms – from small family farms to large Corporates.

The Program
Who is the right person to benefit from this program?
- You have been working in dairy for at least a year, but not yet made any investment into dairy
- You have made a commitment to dairy and see it as a full time career
- You would benefit from seeing the pathways available for a career in dairy farming
- You have commenced or completed a Cert 3 or 4 (or are seriously looking at doing so soon)
- You have a great attitude about dairy, and want to meet other like-minded people.
Program Content
We will aim to cover a broad range of relevant topics.
We will have a number of guest speakers and relevant industry experts talk to the group, throughout each day of the program.
It is also expected that participants will actively contribute their own thoughts and experiences throughout the program.
